Tools & Options Customizer
Administrators can now customize their Tools & Options menu to make it easier to find the features they use most often.
Administrators can:
- Show or hide individual tools and sections.
- Expand or collapse sections individually or all at once.
- Restore all available tools at any time.
Preferences are saved for each administrator, so changes to your menu will not affect other administrators.
Enhanced Group Administrator Permissions
Group Administrator Permissions have been updated to provide Site Administrators with more control over feature access. Previously grouped permissions have been separated into more specific options, allowing access to be managed at a more detailed level.
Existing permissions were migrated automatically, so no reconfiguration is required. Site Administrators can review the new options and make adjustments as needed. Tools-and-Options-Setup-User-Gu…
Note: Permission changes take effect the next time the Group Administrator logs in.
Group Administrators will only see Tools & Options features they have permission to access and that are available for their organization.
Class Player
Improved Display on Smaller Screens
The Class Player has been updated to improve the experience on smaller screens. Dedicated space is now provided at the bottom of the player for the Language and Accessibe tools, preventing them from covering course content.
