Client-Facing Release Notes | August 29, 2026

Overview: This release includes updates to assessments, reporting, permissions, Program Review, and platform maintenance. No customer migration or retraining is required.

Assessment & Testing

• Self-Service Tester Password Resets – Administrators can now reset tester passwords directly from the Administration Center.
• Assessment Names Added – Assessment names now appear on subscription printouts, PDFs, and tester emails for easier identification.
• Improved Bulk Tester Notifications – Administrators can now control who receives completion notifications during bulk tester loads.
• Improved Assessment Group Filtering – Group names containing apostrophes now filter correctly.

Reporting Improvements

• Updated Group Report Date Filters – Reports now default to 30 days, allow up to 365 days, and require start and end dates. Dates carry across reports within the session.
• Easier Report Navigation – New Expand All and Collapse All controls simplify report navigation.
• Program Review Completion Dates – The Program Review Progress report now shows when an attempt was completed.

Administration & Permissions

• Manage Multiple Subscription Groups – Administrators can apply the same permissions to multiple subscription groups at once.
• Account-Specific Schedule Override – Schedule Override can now be enabled by account. Contact Client Success if this feature is needed.

Program Review Improvements

Additional Improvements

• Security & Platform Maintenance – Includes security hardening and routine updates to supporting software components.
• Certification Report Correction – Corrected the “Subscription ID” column heading; report data is unchanged.
