Details:
Tooling U-SME will be performing a significant upgrade to our backend services. This update will help to increase the performance, security and redundancy of Tooling U-SME systems to better support our customers into the future.
The maintenance window will begin 9:00 AM EST Saturday January 20th and run thru Sunday January 21st. As a result All Tooling U-SME users will not be able to access any Tooling U-SME account, services or content. We anticipate all services to be restored by Sunday January 21st, but expect a DNS lag that could extend the outage window for some users. If you experience any issues after the maintenance window we recommend contacting your network support team or Internet Service Provider to see if the DNS is cached.
