- Go to https://learn.toolingu.com/
- Click on Login & Registration button in the top right hand corner
- Click on Admin Login
- Enter your Administrative Username and Password and click the Login button
- Scroll to the bottom of the Student List to the Tools & Options box
- In the Tools & Options box, you will want to work in the middle column, Classes
- Click on Class Schedules
- Click on Add Classes To Students' Schedules
Adding a Competency is a three step process on this page. First, you must decide if you want to add the competency to all of your students, a specific selection of students, or an entire group of students.
For all students, simply select the All Students radial button and proceed to the next step.
For a specific selection of students click the middle option, Select Student(s) radial button, then scroll thru and click the box in front of the student(s) name that you want to add the competency to.
When selecting to add to a group of students, simply select the Group of Students radial button. A drop down will appear for you to select the student group that you would like to add the competency to.
Once you have identified your students, you will move to Step 2 and select the radial button for Add by Competency.
A drop down will appear and you will select the competency that you would like to add from your exisiting list of competencies.

Next, you will need to enter a due date for the competency by typing in the due date.
You can also click on the calendar tool and choose the date that you want the competency completed by.
Finally, click the Add Classes button.
Once you have clicked the Add Classes button, you will receive a green box at the top of the page letting you know that the classes and competency were successfully added.
