The goal was to align the material with current industry trends while keeping all examples practical and applicable. The new content highlights how data flows through IIoT systems and how devices and networks stay connected. It also explains how intelligence is added through modern systems that use industrial networking, integrated sensors, and AI or machine learning applied to IIoT data streams. Additional material introduces the concept of Edge to Cloud Intelligence and explains how contemporary IIoT systems distribute AI capabilities across different layers, including TinyML, Edge AI, and cloud based orchestration. The class also now includes refreshed animations and updated illustrations. Finally, mentions of Time Sensitive Networking and IEC 62443 security have been added to expand coverage of important industrial communication and cybersecurity standards.Apr-26

In the polygons portion, we added information about exterior angles and strengthened coverage of polygon classifications and calculation methods. We also introduced a new focus on solving integrated problems involving tangents, polygons, and angle relationships. Additionally, we reorganized the course to improve instructional flow, added a new introductory section on geometric shapes in manufacturing, and refreshed all media.Apr-26
